All room reservations require a credit card deposit for the first night's stay.
All room rates are subject to applicable NYS and Warren County sales taxes.
Cancellation Policy: All reservations may be cancelled up until 2 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date and are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. All reservations cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival will forfeit the first night deposit.
