All room reservations require a credit card deposit for the first night stay plus tax per room booked.
All room rates are subject to applicable NYS and Warren County sales taxes.

Cancellation Policy: All reservations may be cancelled up until 2 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date and are subjuct to a $25 cancellation fee. All reservations cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival will forfeit the first night deposit.
* All Major Events Have a NO CANCELLATION POLICY (i.e. Car Show,Americade,Travers,etc.)
